Thanksgiving is just around the corner – it’s hard to believe that it is almost turkey time again, time to get ready to load up on all of our favorite foods. Let Daily Greenz, etc. help relieve some that stress from cooking and enjoy some local fair prepared by our Chef Cristina. Chef has created a Farmer’s Market menu all local and natural offerings including slow roasted breast of turkey with herb gravy, marinated grilled flank steak, chipotle sweet potatoes and old fashion gingerbread with fresh whipped cream. She is also making some wonderful soups such as kabocha squash bisque with toasted pepitas and lentil & kale soup.
Chef Cristina will be available for Private Chef Service this holiday season if you require a little more help or just want to enjoy your company and not cook. Cristina has over 20 years’ experience cooking in professional kitchens, including fine dining restaurants in San Francisco, Dallas and Houston, also high volume catering in Santa Barbara (Lazy Acres Market). She can design a menu for your Special Holiday Affair from heavy hors d’oeuvre cocktail parties to formal sit down dinners and everything in between.
